We reserve a right to accept or reject orders placed through our Site. We try our best to provide the best quality products to you and no case of requests for order cancellations will be entertained. As part of our policy, the orders once placed will not be cancelled/exchanged and no refund will be paid on these orders as all our products are specially made for you.
SIZING
The fit of our products may vary on the cut, fabric and style of each product. Some products are designed to have a loose, relaxed fit while others are more fitted. Please refer to our sizing chart to select the best size that suits you. You could also send in your measurements, so that the order can be fulfilled as per your exact sizing.
COLOURS
We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colours of the products that appear on the Site, however, we cannot guarantee that your monitor or screen’s display of any colour will be completely accurate, as computer monitors and screens of electronic devices vary. Further, colours might vary in pictures than actual product.
SALE
Alok & Harsh can offer some of its products on promotional prices. However, please note that these sale outfits cannot be exchanged/returned strictly. Advance received for a sale outfit cannot be reimbursed/refunded under any circumstances. Alteration/resizing of sale outfits will not be done for any outfits offered on sale. We can accept alterations in select cases, however, the charges will be confirmed with you based on the requirement.
