Shipping Policy


    • Shipping on all orders within India is free of cost and borne by us. For international shipping, we calculate the charges as per the weight and volume of the order, as well as delivery location.     • We ship international orders on a DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid) basis, and the prices exclude all import duties. The recipient of the order is liable for import duties, customs charges, and local sales taxes as levied by the country they are in. Payment of these charges are necessary to release the order from customs on arrival, and Alok & Harsh will not be responsible for the same.


    • The lead time for orders is variable between 30 - 60 working days depending on the product and customisations. Each product is made to order and keeping your requirement in mind. Please feel free to contact us on +91 87770 22889 for any urgent orders, or for the exact status.
    • The delivery timeline can be affected due to non receipt of complete payment, inaccurate address / details, missing measurements or non response from the customer.
    • Further, the delivery timeline may also vary based on the courier partners and delivery location. We use a third party service, and are unable to take responsibility for delays from the side of a third party vendor.

    • Certain unforeseen circumstances such as natural disasters, political unrest, transport strikes or healthcare emergencies may cause delays in the shipping and delivery time.
    • Partial cash on delivery services may be available on request, however, there may be an additional COD charge that would not be borne by the brand.
    • Before accepting delivery of any merchandise, please ensure that it is in good condition and has not been tampered with. In case you receive a package which you believe was damaged in transit, please retain the original packaging (along with price tags, invoices, labels etc.) until our insurance adjuster visits to survey the damage. Additionally, please mention details (with photographic evidence) about the damaged merchandise on the delivery receipt instead of signing it as 'received'.
