    Returns & Exchange Policy

    • Our products are all on a made to order basis, and are specially handcrafted for you. We assume that you agree to our terms and conditions when placing the order, and our products are not eligible for exchange or returns. However, we are happy to assist you with any alterations and recommend minimum one trial. Please note that the shipping charges for the alterations are to be borne by the client. Further, all products purchased at promotional pricing is subject to alteration charges.
    • Our garments are made to measure, and keeping the clients requirements in mind. However, should you be unhappy with any aspect of your order then do notify our team within 48 hours of receipt. We will be in touch with you at every stage to assist you in all ways possible, however we have a strict no refund policy. Any further resolution lie at the sole discretion of Alok & Harsh.
    • No requests for order cancellations will be entertained as we assume you accept our terms and conditions when placing an order. Once an order is confirmed, we are unable to issue refunds or credit notes.


        • Alok & Harsh will dispatch the outfit as promised to the client upon receipt of full payment. If the client wants to collect the outfit from the store, the outfit will remain with us until the said delivery date. However, if the outfit is undelivered and returned back to us or has not been picked by the client, Alok & Harsh will re-connect with the client to re-attempt the delivery. In the event that we are unable to contact the client, we will hold the outfit with us for a period of 6 months. In case of no communication/response from client over this 6 month period, we will forfeit the amount paid on the outfit and the outfit will be discarded.


            All policies are subject to change without prior notice. In case of any conflict Terms & Conditions Policy would prevail.
